What an EMS session involves
Electrical muscle stimulation uses equipment that applies electrical impulses to muscles during guided exercise. Full Circle offers 20-minute sessions with 1-on-1 coaching. At an introductory appointment, discuss your goals, previous exercise experience and any questions about suitability.
Ask the coach to explain the equipment, session structure and how the training will be adapted to you. Individual results vary. A 20-minute format does not guarantee faster results than other exercise or establish that it replaces several hours in a gym.

The Full Circle intro / trial session is AED 39. Unlimited EMS offers are AED 690 for 21 days and AED 790 for 30 days. Custom packages are also available.
