Comparing EMS training gyms in Abu Dhabi? Start with the location, coaching format and package terms. Full Circle’s Abu Dhabi studio is Al Rawdah, offering 20-minute EMS sessions with 1-on-1 coaching. Use this guide to decide what to ask before booking.

What should you compare between EMS studios?
Coaching: ask who will guide the session, how movements are explained and how your goals will be reviewed. Full Circle’s format is 1-on-1 coaching rather than independent gym access.
Appointment time: allow for changing and discussion as well as the 20-minute session. Session length alone does not establish that EMS replaces several hours of conventional exercise.
Suitability: discuss your exercise experience and any concerns before starting. Avoid choosing a studio based on promises of guaranteed results or suitability for everyone.
Package terms: compare the full payable amount, expiry date, booking availability, cancellation rules and any additional charges. Ask whether use at another studio is included.
What happens at the first visit?
The trial introduces you to the coach and session format. You can discuss your goals, ask about the equipment and decide whether the approach fits your routine. Read how EMS training works and the first-trial checklist before visiting.
