A convenient studio and a realistic appointment schedule can make it easier to maintain an exercise routine. Full Circle has four operating EMS studios in Dubai: Trade Center, Internet City, Silicon Oasis and Discovery Gardens.
Compare the four Dubai locations
Trade Center: use the current studio page for directions in the Trade Center area. Some older links use the name Sheikh Zayed.
Internet City: check the map and appointment availability if this area fits your home or work journey.
Silicon Oasis: see the studio page for the location and enquiry details.
Discovery Gardens: contact the team to plan a first visit and confirm available times.
What to ask an EMS studio
Ask how the first session is organised, who will coach you and how your suitability and goals will be discussed. Full Circle provides 20-minute EMS sessions with 1-on-1 coaching. Confirm arrival arrangements and package terms before booking.
Avoid choosing solely on claims of guaranteed weight loss or an exact conversion between EMS minutes and hours of conventional exercise. Outcomes vary, and a suitable routine depends on your individual circumstances.
Current trial and package offers
The introductory trial is AED 39. Unlimited EMS packages are AED 690 for 21 days and AED 790 for 30 days, with custom packages available. See the pricing page for all options, including AED 249 and AED 4,999, and confirm inclusions and validity with the studio.
Looking outside Dubai?
Full Circle also operates Al Majaz and Al Nahda in Sharjah, and Al Rawdah in Abu Dhabi. Al Majaz is at Copthorne Millennium Hotel. Find all seven locations in the studio directory.
