Start with the current studio directory. Full Circle has seven studios across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Check the actual location rather than relying on an old advertisement or a saved map pin.

- Your preferred studio and two possible appointment times.
- Whether this is your first EMS visit.

Ask before you arrive
Confirm what clothing or equipment is provided and how much time to allow for the whole visit. The 20-minute training format does not include every part of check-in and preparation. If you have health concerns, discuss exercise suitability with your clinician before booking.
