Twenty minutes describes Full Circle’s EMS session length. It does not promise a specific amount of fat loss, a calorie total or the same results as a longer conventional workout.

Understand the format first
Ask the coach to explain the equipment, planned movements and supervision. Allow time beyond the session itself for preparation and changing.
Avoid time-equivalence claims
A statement such as 20 minutes equals 90 minutes compares very different activities without explaining the measurement. Ask what was measured and whether the comparison applies to the programme you are considering.
Discuss your weight-related goals
Clarify your expectations and how progress will be reviewed. Do not assume an EMS suit selectively burns fat or guarantees a particular change in appearance.
Check individual suitability
Tell the team about relevant restrictions before training. A short or low-impact description does not establish that EMS is appropriate for a joint problem, injury or medical condition.
Make an informed booking
Review session information, prices and locations. Ask the team about the proposed schedule and terms before committing.
