If calorie burn or weight management is your goal, ask how a claim is measured before relying on it. Full Circle should not promise a fixed calorie total for every EMS session or an additional fixed amount during recovery.

Ask what the number represents
Is a figure measured during your own session, estimated by a device, or taken from a study? Ask which session format and participants were assessed. A marketing number should not be treated as your personal measurement.
Separate stimulation from weight-loss promises
The FDA’s consumer guidance states that EMS devices have not been cleared by the FDA for weight loss or girth reduction. This is US device guidance, not a statement about UAE approval of Full Circle’s equipment.
Set an individual review plan
Discuss your goals and how progress will be reviewed with an appropriately qualified professional. Avoid promises about losing fat from a particular area or achieving a guaranteed change by a fixed date. A completed workout alone does not establish a weight-loss outcome.
Understand the service you are buying
Full Circle provides 20-minute EMS sessions with 1-on-1 coaching. Ask about preparation, suitability and appointment arrangements. Compare the service and support offered rather than a claimed calorie total or an exact gym-hours equivalent.
