A couples EMS booking can start with one enquiry, but each person has individual goals and suitability questions. If you want to attend Full Circle together, explain that when you contact the team rather than booking separately and assuming the appointments will align.
Confirm the appointment arrangement
Ask whether the studio can accommodate your preferred times and what coaching arrangement is available. Do not assume that a shared booking means simultaneous sessions, one coach for both people or a discounted price.
Discuss these five points
- Your chosen branch and two possible appointment windows.
- Whether both people are new to EMS.
- The screening and consultation needed for each person.
- The price and package terms applying to each booking.
- How changes are handled if only one person can attend.
Keep goals individual
You can support each other’s routine without expecting the same settings, schedule or results. One person’s comfort or progress does not establish what is appropriate for the other. Discuss goals separately with the coach.
Save both confirmations and check the location before travelling. Clear arrangements make a joint visit easier to organise.
Read the couples training information and ask about a booking for two.
