Ingredients – Quinoa Bowl
Quinoa – 1 cup
Water – 2 cup
Tomato – 1 small
Zucconi – 3-4 slices
Onion – half sliced chopped
Salt – As per taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tablespoon
- Wash the quinoa and combine it with water, turmeric and salt in a pot.
- Close the lid and heat the pot until quinoa has absorbed the water. Usually, it takes 5-10 minute
- Open the lead, and you can see that your quinoa pops open into fluffy quinoa perfectly.
- Now pour into a bowl, add chopped veggies, mix well, and garnish with coriander leaves.
