Quinoa is rich in insoluble fiber, plant protein, and good fat. You can keep yourself energetic and healthy with this gluten-free diet. A lunchtime quinoa bowl is very helpful for high blood pressure patients, metabolism, diabetes, heart disease, and some forms of cancer. So let’s learn how to cook perfect quinoa.

Ingredients – Quinoa Bowl

Quinoa – 1 cup

Water – 2 cup

Tomato – 1 small

Zucconi – 3-4 slices

Onion – half sliced chopped

Salt – As per taste

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tablespoon

Recipe Quinoa:

  1. Wash the quinoa and combine it with water, turmeric and salt in a pot.
  2. Close the lid and heat the pot until quinoa has absorbed the water. Usually, it takes 5-10 minute
  3. Open the lead, and you can see that your quinoa pops open into fluffy quinoa perfectly.
  4. Now pour into a bowl, add chopped veggies, mix well, and garnish with coriander leaves.

You can add your favourite crunch, nuts, and vegetables in your quinoa bowl.
