EMS advertisements often mix descriptions of muscle stimulation with promises about body weight. These are different claims. A contraction does not demonstrate a particular amount of weight or fat loss.

Check the outcome being claimed
Ask whether a claim concerns strength, body weight, a measurement or someone’s personal experience. Evidence for one outcome should not be presented as proof of all the others.
Ask how the result was measured
Before accepting a calorie number or comparison with another workout, ask what was measured, in whom and under which conditions. Session length alone cannot answer these questions.
Read testimonials in context
A before-and-after story describes an individual experience. It does not isolate the effect of EMS from other changes or establish what will happen for another customer.
Discuss your own goals
Agree a realistic review process with the coach. For individual weight-management or nutrition advice, use an appropriately qualified professional rather than relying on a guaranteed transformation claim.
