A changing rota can make a fixed fitness appointment difficult. Planning an EMS work schedule starts with the hours you actually have available, not an ideal week that rarely happens. Full Circle’s 20-minute format still requires travel, preparation and a suitable training plan.
Use a two-week view
Write down your confirmed shifts, commute and other commitments. Identify possible appointment windows without filling every free day. Ask the team which of those windows has availability and discuss an appropriate schedule with the coach.
Choose your studio around the journey
A branch near work may suit one rota, while a branch near home may be easier on days off. Before buying, check whether your package allows the branch arrangement you want. Do not assume you can move appointments between studios.
Keep one backup option
Ask how changes are handled when your employer alters a shift. Save the studio contact details and your package conditions so you can respond promptly. A backup appointment is useful only when the studio confirms it.
Short sessions can be easier to place in a calendar, but they do not remove the need for individual suitability and recovery planning.
Compare Full Circle locations and ask about appointments that fit your rota.
