Good EMS consultation questions help you understand the service before deciding whether it fits you. Full Circle offers 1-on-1 coaching, but a studio conversation is not a substitute for medical advice about a health condition.
Start with your goal
Explain what you want from a fitness routine in plain language. Perhaps you want a structured appointment, a format you understand or a plan that fits work. Ask how the coach would discuss and review that goal without promising a fixed outcome.
Ask about the session itself
- Who will supervise my session, and what qualifications do they hold?
- What screening happens before starting?
- How do I communicate discomfort or ask to stop?
- What is included in the 20-minute format?
- How will scheduling and recovery be considered?
Separate fitness and clinical questions
If you have a medical condition, take suitability questions to your treating clinician. Ask the studio to explain the service accurately so you can discuss the right activity, rather than a vague description of exercise.
Finally, ask for the full price and booking conditions. There is no need to make a package decision before those points are clear.
