Choosing an EMS package starts with knowing what you are paying for. This guide sets out Full Circle’s current introductory and unlimited offers, plus the questions to ask before joining a studio in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.
Current Full Circle EMS offers
AED 39 intro / trial session: an introduction to the studio, coach and EMS session format. Use the trial to discuss your goals and whether the programme is suitable for you.
AED 690 for 21 days: the Unlimited EMS package with a 21-day validity period.
AED 790 for 30 days: the Unlimited EMS package with a 30-day validity period. Custom packages are also available.
The AED 249 and AED 4,999 options remain available on our pricing page. Review that page and ask the team to confirm the inclusions and terms of the option you choose.
Questions to ask before purchasing
Confirm the package start date, expiry date, booking availability, cancellation rules and any restrictions. Ask whether your chosen package can be used at another studio and whether any additional charges apply. Obtain the final payable amount before making a payment.
“Unlimited” describes the package offer; it is not a recommendation to train every day. Agree an appropriate session schedule with your coach, including time for recovery.
Choose a convenient studio
Full Circle operates seven studios: Trade Center, Internet City, Silicon Oasis and Discovery Gardens in Dubai; Al Majaz and Al Nahda in Sharjah; and Al Rawdah in Abu Dhabi. Al Majaz is at Copthorne Millennium Hotel. Use the studio directory for the current location pages and directions.
Compare value beyond the headline price
Consider the coaching format, travel time and the number of appointments you can realistically attend during the validity period. Full Circle offers 20-minute EMS sessions with 1-on-1 coaching. Results vary, and the length of a session does not establish that it is equivalent to several hours of conventional exercise.
