How EMS Training Works
Professional & Trust-Focused
EMS uses controlled electrical impulses to stimulate muscles while you perform guided movements. It feels like a pulsing contraction — and your coach adjusts theintensity to keep it comfortable and effective.

How Intensity Works (You Control It)
EMS intensity is not “one size fits all.” We start light and increase gradually based on
your comfort. You can pause or reduce intensity anytime.
- Intensity is adjusted per muscle group
- Start low, progress safely
- Stop or reduce instantly if needed
