EMS Safety Guidelines

EMS training is designed to be coached, controlled, and adjustable. Your comfort and safety come first — and if you have any medical concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting.

Professional & Trust-Focused

EMS uses controlled electrical impulses to stimulate muscles while you perform
guided movements. It feels like a pulsing contraction — and your coach adjusts the
intensity to keep it comfortable and effective.

Our Safety-First Approach

EMS is a fitness training method. Like any exercise, it should be done responsibly and adjusted to the individual. That’s why every session is coach-led, intensity is
controlled, and we follow a simple screening process before you begin.

Who Should Consult a Doctor First

This is for your safety — if any of these apply, please get medical guidance before training.

Checklist

Important disclaimer: This page is general guidance and not medical advice. Always follow your healthcare provider’s recommendations.

When EMS May Not Be Suitable

EMS may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a contraindication (like a pacemaker or pregnancy), we will not proceed. If you’re unsure, we’ll always recommend medical clearance first.
