EMS Suit & Hygiene
The EMS suit is designed for comfort and controlled muscle activation. We follow
clear hygiene standards and guide you step-by-step — especially if it’s your first
session.
- Clean, guided setup
- Comfort-first fitting
- Hygiene standards followed
What is the EMS Suit?
The EMS suit connects to an EMS system that sends controlled impulses to stimulate
specific muscle groups while you move. Your coach adjusts the settings so it stays
comfortable and effective.
Note: It’s not heavy and it doesn’t restrict normal movement — your coach fits it for comfort.
What EMS Feels Like
Most clients feel comfortable once fitted properly. During training you’ll feel the EMS pulses — a controlled contraction sensation — not pain.
Suit:
Snug and secure, like wearing fitted training gear
EMS sensation
Pulsing contractions that you can control
Comfort is priority
We adjust instantly if needed
