Recovery deserves attention when planning fitness appointments. Commercial EMS sessions should not be advertised as a guaranteed way to heal faster, flush out lactic acid or prevent an injury.

Clarify which service is being discussed
The term electrical stimulation can refer to different devices and settings. A clinical treatment, a device marketed for recovery and a whole-body EMS fitness appointment should not be assumed to provide the same outcome.
Discuss the whole training week
Tell your coach about other training and the schedule you are considering. Ask how appointments will be introduced and reviewed, rather than adding sessions simply because a package permits more bookings.
Ask how concerns are handled
Clarify whom to contact if you feel unwell or have concerns after a session. Persistent or concerning symptoms need appropriate healthcare advice; do not interpret them as proof that the workout is producing better results.
Keep recovery promises realistic
Before paying for a programme, ask exactly what support is included. Fitness coaching is not prescribed injury rehabilitation, and a short appointment does not establish a shorter recovery period.
The international WB-EMS position statement discusses preparation, supervision and recovery. For practical service details, compare Full Circle packages and ask the team to explain booking arrangements.
