If you want to discuss posture or movement during exercise, explain your goal clearly to the coach. An EMS suit should not be advertised as automatically correcting alignment, muscle imbalances or back pain.

Describe the concern
Explain which activity or position concerns you rather than relying on a label such as bad posture. If you have pain or another symptom, seek appropriate healthcare advice instead of assuming a fitness programme will resolve it.
Ask what coaching includes
Ask how exercises are explained, how movements are observed and how you can communicate discomfort. A fitness consultation should not be presented as a diagnosis.
Separate goals from guarantees
A programme can discuss your strength and movement goals without promising a particular posture outcome. Ask how progress will be reviewed and avoid claims of a rapid, pain-free transformation.
Consider the session in context
Discuss your other activities, experience and relevant restrictions before deciding on a routine. Appointment length alone does not establish suitability.
