Do I need to book a trial before buying a package?
What does “validity” mean?
Session-based packages have 5 calendar days of validity per purchased session from the date of purchase: for example, 10 sessions = 50 days. Unlimited day-based packages keep their allocated 21-day or 30-day validity; the 5-days-per-session rule does not apply. Confirmed freezing days pause validity and extend the expiry date. Are unlimited packages really unlimited?
Can I freeze or pause a package?
Yes. Every package, including 21-day and 30-day unlimited packages, allows up to 30 calendar days of freezing in total across a maximum of two periods. For example, 10 days first leaves up to 20 days for one further freeze. Email feedback@fullcircle.ae before the freeze starts and before the package expires. Freezing cannot be backdated.
