Check the price and validity
- What is the total payable price? Ask about any taxes, equipment costs or other charges instead of assuming the headline covers everything.
- When does validity start? Payment day and first-session day may not be the same.
- When does it expire? Request a clear date or calculation.
Check how booking works
- Which studio can I use? Do not assume a package automatically transfers between branches.
- How do I change a session? Ask about notice periods and missed appointments.
- What happens during travel or illness? Confirm any pause or extension rules before relying on them.
- What happens to unused sessions? Ask about expiry, refunds and transfers in writing.
Keep a copy of the answers
Save the package confirmation and your receipt together. Your agreed terms should guide your decision, including for custom packages. A promotional label alone does not describe every condition.
