EMS before-and-after photos can show an individual’s experience, but they do not tell you what every client will achieve. Use them as a starting point for questions rather than a forecast of your own results.
Look for useful context
Ask how much time passed between photographs and what else changed during that period. Food habits, other activity and many personal factors can be relevant. Lighting, clothing, posture and camera position can also affect how a comparison appears.
Separate experience from a promise
A genuine testimonial describes one person’s story. It does not establish an average amount of weight loss, a guaranteed timeline or proof that EMS alone caused the change. The same applies to a review praising a coach or a particular programme.
Turn inspiration into a practical question
- What goal would be realistic to discuss for me?
- How would we record and review progress?
- What commitments does the programme require?
- What happens if my experience differs from the example?
Choose a service based on clear information about coaching, suitability and terms as well as the stories you read.
