Upgrade Your Fitness with Advanced EMS Training and Expert Guidance

personal trainer Dubai

A fitness routine needs to fit your schedule, experience and goals. Full Circle offers 20-minute EMS sessions with 1-on-1 coaching across seven studios in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. This guide explains what to consider when choosing a studio and planning your first session.

Choose one of our seven current studios

Our currently open studios are Trade Center, Internet City, Al Nahda, Discovery Gardens and Silicon Oasis in Dubai; Al Majaz in Sharjah; and Al Rawdah in Abu Dhabi. See our studio locations for directions and contact details. Business Bay is no longer listed as an operating Full Circle studio.

Choose a location that works for your journey from home or work. Contact that studio to confirm available session times, parking arrangements and access instructions before travelling. Our Al Majaz studio is at Copthorne Millennium Hotel in Sharjah.

What happens during EMS training?

EMS combines guided movements with electrical muscle stimulation. At Full Circle, a coach guides your 20-minute session and helps adjust movements and intensity to your experience. Discuss your goals, health history and any questions before starting. If you have a medical condition, injury, recent surgery or uncertainty about suitability, seek guidance from your treating clinician before training.

EMS and conventional exercise use different approaches. We do not promise a fixed calorie burn, a particular weight-loss result or that one session replaces several hours in a gym. Progress varies with the individual and their wider training, nutrition and recovery habits.

Find 1-on-1 coaching in Trade Center or Al Rawdah

For a Dubai location in the Trade Center area, visit our Trade Center studio page. In Abu Dhabi, see Full Circle Al Rawdah. Your coach can explain the session, help you practise movements and discuss a suitable plan. Contact your chosen studio for information about the coach assigned to your session and their qualifications.

Plan a routine you can maintain

Start by discussing a clear personal goal and a realistic schedule with your coach. Allow time for recovery and review how you feel between sessions. Training frequency should reflect your experience, health screening and session intensity; more frequent sessions do not necessarily mean better results.

Keep track of the aspects that matter to you, such as attendance, confidence with movements and progress toward your goals. Review your plan with your coach instead of judging success from a promised short-term transformation.
